YOU are responsible for the equipment.  This includes Wireless Mics. NO THROWING of the mics.  If a Mic is thrown YOU are responsible for replacement of the mic unit or the windscreen if dented.  If there is an accident that anyone other than our crew causes then you will be liable to pay for or replace the damaged equipment
